Privacy Policy

I.What we collect
When you place an order or inquiry: your name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation (we never store card numbers — those live with our payment processor). When you browse: standard server logs and a session cookie required for the cart to function.
II.What we do with it
Fulfil your order; respond to inquiries; send the rare newsletter (only if you opted in). We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We do not run advertising trackers.
III.Your rights
You can request export or deletion of all data we hold about you, at any time, by writing to privacy@crystallizecollective.com.
IV.Cookies
Two: a CSRF cookie (required for forms) and a mode-preference cookie (so your chosen light/dark gallery survives reloads). Both are first-party and non-tracking.
V.Demo notice
This is a prototype demo. Sample text only — final privacy notice will be drafted by counsel in compliance with applicable law (GDPR / CCPA).
