I.One-of-one inventory

Every specimen offered on this site is unique. Once a piece is sold, the listing is removed; replicas, look-alikes, and "similar" stones are not stocked.

II.Purchase & payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars and include all applicable VAT. Payment is processed at checkout via card or bank transfer (for purchases over $10,000). Quoted prices may be held for 48 hours when a piece is reserved during a viewing.

III.Despatch & insurance

Domestic and international shipping is fully insured and tracked, with signature on delivery. Larger specimens (over 5 kg) ship by freight; rates are quoted on request. Title transfers on delivery, not at shipment.

IV.Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, for any reason. Provide tracking when returning; refunds are processed within 5 business days of arrival.

V.Authenticity

Every specimen comes with documented locality. If a piece is later shown to be misattributed, return for full refund — at any point in time, no questions asked.

VI.Demo notice

This is a prototype demo site. No transactions are processed. Sample text only — production terms will be drafted by counsel.
